Parking
You have one reserved space: Spot G1.
Reserved parking
One reserved parking space is provided for your stay: Parking Pass on the Fridge
Additional vehicles
Please do not use other marked or reserved spaces. If you have more than one vehicle, additional parking will need to be offsite or in public parking areas.
After parking
Make sure your vehicle is parked fully within the space and does not block other guests, walkways, or access areas.
Parking rules are part of the building rules. Please follow posted signage and any instructions provided before your stay.
Entry Instructions
Use your provided code to unlock the door. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Wake the keypad
Touch the Yale lock keypad to wake the screen.
Step 2: Enter your code
Enter the access code provided before your stay, then press the checkmark or confirm button.
Step 3: Unlock the door
Once the code is accepted, turn the handle and enter. If the lock does not open, re-enter the code carefully.
Locking the door
To lock the door when leaving, press any key. The door will lock automatically.
If the lock does not respond, make sure the door is fully closed before entering your code. If you continue to have issues, contact Alex & Gwenn at 410-231-3815.
Do not post, text, or share access codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.

If WiFi does not load, confirm you are connected to SK Coast Guest first. Then contact Alex & Gwenn if it still does not work.
Your First 5 Minutes
Do these first to get settled quickly:
- Connect to WiFi using the SK Coast Guest network.
- Take a quick look through the condo layout.
- Locate the thermostat, bathroom, sleeping areas, and kitchen basics.
- Review the House Guide for appliances, comfort, towels, linens, and family items.
- Report anything that looks broken, missing, or incorrect as soon as possible.

Important Notes
- Guest count and vehicles must match your reservation.
- Do not access locked owner storage, private cabinets, or maintenance areas.
- Keep exterior doors and windows closed while heating or cooling is running.
- If something affects safety, access, plumbing, power, or water, contact SK Coast right away.
- For emergencies involving fire, medical, or police response, call 911 first.
