Thermostat & Comfort

Use the thermostat normally, but help the system by keeping doors and windows closed while heating or cooling is running.

Thermostat Adjust within a reasonable range and give the system time to catch up before changing it again.
Doors and windows Please keep exterior doors and windows closed when the air conditioning or heat is running.
Humidity and salt air Because the condo is close to the ocean, keeping the space dry and closed up helps protect the property and keeps the condo comfortable.
Extra bedding Extra bedding and blankets should stay in the designated storage areas unless needed. Please return unused items neatly.
Comfort rule of thumb: adjust the thermostat, close doors and windows, then give the system time before changing it again.

Kitchen & Coffee

The kitchen is stocked for a normal beach stay: coffee, snacks, simple meals, leftovers, and family basics.

Kitchen basics Plates, cups, utensils, cookware, and common kitchen items are stored in the cabinets and drawers. Please return items to their general location after use.
Coffee setup Use the coffee setup as available. Please clean up spills and dispose of used pods, grounds, or filters before checkout.
Microwave, stove, and oven Please use appliances as intended, stay nearby while cooking, and turn off burners and the oven when finished.
Dishwasher Dishwasher detergent should be stored with the kitchen supplies. Please load used dishes and run the dishwasher before checkout if requested in the checkout guide.
Refrigerator Please remove your food before leaving. Unopened usable items may be left only if they are clean, sealed, and appropriate for the next guest or cleaner to handle.

Bathroom, Towels & Linens

Towels and linens are provided to make your stay easier. Please help keep beach sand and makeup away from white towels and bedding.

Bath towels Bath towels are for in-condo use. Please do not use white towels for the beach, makeup removal, heavy cleaning, or outdoor use.
Beach towels If beach towels are provided, use those for the beach instead of bath towels. Shake out sand outside before bringing anything back in.
Linens Beds are prepared before arrival. Extra linens, if provided, should remain in their storage location unless needed.
Toilet and plumbing Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No wipes, hygiene products, paper towels, or trash should go in the toilet.
Sand is part of the beach. Please help us keep it out of drains, beds, furniture, towels, and rugs as much as possible.

Family Extras

SK Coast is designed to be family-friendly without making the condo feel cluttered.

Toys, games, and activities Any provided toys, games, books, or activities should be kept in their designated area when not in use. Please return pieces and parts before checkout.
Kids table or small furniture If a kids table, small chairs, or similar items are provided, they are intended for indoor family use. Please wipe spills and return them to their normal spot.
Family safety Please supervise children around windows, balcony areas, appliances, furniture, and exterior doors. The condo is family-friendly, but it is not childproof.
Beach items If beach toys, chairs, or beach gear are provided, please shake out sand and return items to the proper storage area after use.

Around the Condo

These quick notes help keep the space clean, comfortable, and ready for every guest.

  • Trash bags, basic paper goods, and common supplies should be kept in the designated supply areas.
  • Please do not access locked owner storage, supply cabinets, or private maintenance areas.
  • Use the building and common areas respectfully. Other owners and guests are nearby.
  • Keep sandy or wet items off beds, upholstered furniture, and indoor rugs when possible.
  • Before leaving for the day, make sure the door is locked and windows and doors are secure.
If something is missing, broken, confusing, or not where you expected it to be, let us know so we can improve the guide and the guest experience.
