A simple checklist to wrap up your stay in just a few minutes.

Take out trash Please bag all trash and place it in the dumpster located at the south end of the parking lot, closest to the pool.
✓
Start the dishwasher Please load used dishes and start the dishwasher before leaving.
✓
Gather used towels Please place used towels in the hallway bathroom shower for the housekeeper.
✓
Leave the beds as they are No need to strip the beds or gather bed linens. Our housekeeping team will take care of them.
✓
Return the parking pass & patio key Please return the parking pass and rear sliding glass door key to the refrigerator before leaving.
✓
Check for personal belongings Take one final look through the bathrooms, closets, under beds, charging outlets, and refrigerator.
✓
Secure the condo Make sure the rear sliding door and windows are closed and secured. Close the front door completely behind you and confirm it is locked before leaving.
That's it — no deep cleaning or bed stripping required. Thank you for helping our housekeeping team get ready for the next guests.

Lock the condo when leaving Make sure the unit is secured before you leave. If using the Yale lock, confirm the door is fully closed and locked.
We don’t expect deep cleaning. Just handle trash, dishes, and towels, and leave the rest to us.
