Checkout Checklist
Take out trash
Please bag all trash and place it in the dumpster located on the south end of the parking lot closest to the pool.
Handle used dishes
Please load used dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving.
Gather used towels
Please place all used towels in the hallway shower for the housekeeper.
Return items to their place
Please leave the condo generally organized and return moved items to their usual location.
Check for personal belongings
Take one final walk-through, including bathrooms, closets, under beds, and charging outlets.
Lock the condo when leaving
Make sure the unit is secured before you leave. If using the Yale lock, confirm the door is fully closed and locked.
We don’t expect deep cleaning. Just handle trash, dishes, and towels, and leave the rest to us.
Before You Go
- Double-check bathrooms, closets, under beds, and charging outlets for forgotten items.
- Let us know right away if anything broke or stopped working during your stay.
- If something requires immediate attention for the next guest, please mention it before leaving.
