A few clear expectations help protect the condo, respect our neighbors, and keep every SK Coast stay smooth.
House Rules
Please follow these during your stay. They are designed to keep things simple, respectful, and safe.
Core Rules
- No smoking inside the condo or in prohibited building areas.
- No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings.
- Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours, especially at night.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Property Care
- Please treat the condo, furniture, appliances, and building common areas with care.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
- Help limit sand inside by shaking out and rinsing items when possible.
- Do not use bath towels for beach use, makeup removal, heavy cleaning, or outdoor use.
- Return furniture and moved items to their general location.
Building & Neighbors
- Follow posted building, pool, parking, and condo association rules.
- Use only the assigned parking space provided for your stay.
- Keep hallways, stairs, parking areas, and shared spaces clear.
- Please do not disturb other owners, guests, or building staff.
Safety & Access
- Do not access locked owner storage, private cabinets, or maintenance areas.
- Keep doors and windows secured when leaving the condo.
- Report damage, leaks, lock issues, power issues, or safety concerns as soon as possible.
- For fire, medical, or police emergencies, call 911 first.
Bottom line: enjoy the condo, respect the building, and contact us quickly if something breaks or needs attention.
