Simple House Rules

A few clear expectations help protect the condo, respect our neighbors, and keep every SK Coast stay smooth.

House Rules

Please follow these during your stay. They are designed to keep things simple, respectful, and safe.

Core Rules

  • The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the condo for the entire reservation.
  • Maximum adult occupancy is 5. All overnight guests must be included on the reservation.
  • No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings.
  • No pets. Pets are prohibited under condominium association rules.
  • No smoking or vaping inside the condo or in prohibited building areas.
  • Please keep noise at a respectful level and be considerate of neighboring owners and guests. Excessive noise that violates Ocean City noise regulations is prohibited.

Property Care

  • Please treat the condo, furnishings, appliances, and beach gear with care.
  • Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
  • Please shake excess sand from beach gear and belongings before bringing them inside.
  • Please do not use white bath towels for beach use, makeup removal, heavy cleaning, or outdoor use.
  • Let us know promptly if something is damaged, broken, or not working properly.

Building & Neighbors

  • Please follow posted condominium, pool, parking, and common-area rules.
  • SK Coast guests have one assigned parking space: G1. Please do not park in other reserved spaces.
  • Keep hallways, walkways, parking areas, and other shared spaces clear.
  • Please be considerate of neighboring owners and guests, particularly when entering or leaving the building at night.

Safety & Access

  • Do not access locked owner storage, private cabinets, or maintenance areas.
  • Keep exterior doors and windows secured when leaving the condo.
  • If two exterior doors remain open for more than 10 minutes, heating or cooling will pause automatically until the doors are closed.
  • Report damage, leaks, lock issues, power issues, or safety concerns as soon as possible.
  • For fire, medical, or police emergencies, call 911 first.
Bottom line: enjoy the condo, respect the building, and contact us quickly if something breaks or needs attention.
